Shipping
We dispatch orders within 3 days after payment. Shipping typically takes 7–15 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier and customs processing.
Returns and exchanges
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, size or colour preference. Customized jerseys are not eligible for voluntary returns or exchanges. These rules do not affect any cancellation, defect or other rights you have under applicable law.
Quality issues
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If you discover or report an issue later, please still contact us; the 24-hour request does not limit your rights under applicable law. Please keep the item in a condition suitable for return where possible, apart from the reported issue and reasonable handling needed to inspect it. We will assess the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
Return shipping and refunds
The buyer pays return shipping unless applicable law requires us to pay or reimburse it. Please keep your shipping receipt. For an approved quality-related refund under our store policy, we process the refund within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item, provided it remains suitable for resale apart from the reported defect. This condition and timeframe do not reduce any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Your payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds.
